Laboratory Network of Azelis in Asia grows further to number 23 Facilities

Specialty chemicals distributor Azelis S.A. (Munsbach, Luxembourg) has announced that the group will open an application laboratory for the Personal Care sector in Japan. The new facility, which will be located in Tokyo, brings the total number of Personal Care laboratories globally to 15, including seven in Asia (China, India, Indonesia, New Zealand, South Korea and Vietnam).

The group’s overall laboratory network now consists of 50 installations, which are predominantly used for performance testing and product analysis and to provide formulation support. Work done at these facilities has led to a number of innovation awards in 2017 and 2018, Azelis said in a statement.
