Dunleary creates new Senior Management Position

Specialty chemicals distributor Dunleary, Inc. (Towson, ML – United States) has announced the appointment of Dirk Plas as Vice President Principal Releationships and Development. Plas joins the company from BYK USA, where he was CEO for the last 14 years. Prior to BYK he held senior management positions at Sun Chemical in Europe and RPM in latin America, Dunleary said in a statement.

Eralier this month, Dunleary has announced that it will acquire distributors D. N. Lukens, Inc.  (Westboro, MA – United States) and D & F Distributing, Inc.  (Dallas, TX – United States), thereby expanding into the Northeast and the Southwest of the U.S. , respectively.
