Swiss Distributor Falcone strenthens Plastic Additives, Rubber, PVC and PU Industry Coverage

Specialty chemicals and food ingredients distributor Falcone Specialties AG (Regensdorf (Zurich), Switzerland) has acquired Ströhle Chemicals GmbH (Madiswil, Switzerland) from founder Gerhard Ströhle. With this move Falcone is expanding its coverage of the Plastics, Rubber, PVC and PU industry.

The transaction effective  01. January 2019. No financial details were disclosed.
