Marco Bröning joins Parent Company of NRC

Georg Nordmann Holding AG (Hamburg, Germany), parent company of speciality chemicals and food ingredients distributor Nordmann, Rassmann GmbH [“NRC”] (Hamburg, Germany), has announced the appointment of Marco Bröning (46) as Managing Director (“Vorstand”) to its Executive Board.

Bröning, who will work alongside Managing Director (“Vorstand”) Irina Zschaler (47) in the expanded Executive Board, will be responsible for Finance & Controlling, while Zschaler will focus on Marketing and Sales. Previous stations in Bröning’s career include senior management in Finance, HR and General Management roles at consumer products companies Dole and General Mill.

The appointment became effective on 01. July 2017, NRC said in the statement.
