Indukern expands its Flavours and Fragrance Division

Specialty chemicals distributor Grupo Indukern (El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona), Spain) announced last week that its subsidiary Indukern  has acquired Diffusions Aromatiques SAS (Saint Cezaire sur Siagne (Grasse), France), a distributor of natural, organic and synthetic ingredients for the Perfume, Scent, Cosmetics and Aromatherapy industry.

Diffusions Aromatiques SAS was established in 2002. It has sales of EUR 16 mn, 79% in France and 21% in other EU countries, and employs a a staff of approx. 25, who will be integrated into the structure of Indukern’s Flavours and Fragrances Division.

No further financial details were disclosed on the transaction.
