IMCD expands Presence in Italy with Consolidation Step

Specialty chemicals and food ingredients distributor IMCD N.V. (Rotterdam, The Netherlands) announced today that it has acquired 100% of the shares of Neuvendis S.p.A. (San Vittore Olonna (Milano), Italy).

In 2016, Neuvendis generated revenues of EUR 26.3 mn with 20 employees, selling into the Construction, Coatings & Paints, Adhesives, Plastics, Inks and Leather sectors.

No further financial details were disclosed on the transaction.
