IMCD to acquire Istanbul based Feza Kimya 

International speciality chemicals and food ingredients distributor IMCD N.V. (Rotterdam, The Netherland),  has agreed to acquire Feza Kimya (istanbul, Tuerkey) to complement IMCD’s existing operations in in the country.

Feza Kimya was founded in 1959 by Saffet Bozkurt. It is active in the distribution of speciality chemicals and instruments in Turkey, selling into the Coatings, Plastics, Rubber, Lubricants and detergents sectors. In 2015 Feza Kimya generated revenue of EUR 8 mn with 23 employees, IMCD said in a statement.
