German Distributor acquires Distribution Business of Memolex s.a.s. and sets up KRAHN France s.a.s.

Speciality chemicals distributor KRAHN Chemie GmbH (Hamburg, Germany),  has acquired the distribution activities of Memolex s.a.s. (Milly-la-Forêt (Paris), France) and has set up KRAHN France s.a.s. as a new legal entity.

Memolex, which was established in 1986, focusses on the sales and distribution of Plastic Additives in the French market. The former Memolex team has been transferred to KRAHN France, in order to ensure a smooth continuation and the ongoing development of the business, and will continue to operate from the former Memolex site, KRAHN said in a statement.

No financial details were disclosed on this transaction.
