Oliver Zimmermann leaves CEO Post at TER Chemicals Distribution Group

Speciality chemicals distributor TER HELL & CO. GMBH (Hamburg, Germany), has announced that Oliver Zimmermann, so far CEO TER Chemicals Distribution Group, has left the company upon mutual agreement as of 05. August 2016.

In a statement, released last week, TER GROUP gives  “a disagreement over the strategic direction of the group” as the main reason for this “amicably and mutually reached decision” and thanks Zimmermann for his contribution to the sucess of the business during his long years of service.

Until a replacement is found, Andreas Früh of Pawlik Consultants (Hamburg, Germany) will support the remaining Managing Directors  Thomas Sprock and Christian Westphal for the coming months on an ad interim basis.
