Paris-based Safic-Alcan teams up with Marmara Ecza in Istanbul

Specialty Chemicals distributor Safic-Alcan S.A. (Puteaux (Paris), France) has announced today that the group has reached an agreement with specialty distributor Marmara Ecza ve Kimyevi Maddeler Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. [“Marmara Ecza”] (istanbul, Turkey) to form an alliance for the Turkish market. The JV company will continue to be managed by Mr Okan and Ms Tugce Gozacan.

Established in 1957, Marmara Ecza distributes a wide range of ingredients from their GDP qualified warehouse located in Istanbul, Safic-Alcan said in a statement.  It is the distributor for well-known producers such as Ashland, Blanver, Evonik or Meggle and other major companies.
