STOCKMEIER takes Share in Vienna based Distributor HDS-Chemie

Chemicals distributor STOCKMEIER Chemie GmbH & Co. KG (Bielefeld, Germany) has announced the acquistion of “an ownership interest” in HDS-Chemie Handels Ges.m.b.H. (Vienna, Austria).

Family owned HDS-Chemie was initially established in 1949. Besides its head office in Vienna, the company has sales offices in Bratislava, Slovak Republic and Iasi, Romania.  Stockmeier is planning to merge the business of SFC Stockmeier  in Vienna into HDS-Chemie, effective March 2017.
