Strengthened Presence on the Indian Subcontinent
Speciality chemicals and formulated products distributor Bodo Möller Chemie Group (Offenbach, Germany) has announced the signing of an asset purchase agreement with Aqua Engineering Services (Bengaluru, India), a distributor of fluid transfer systems (mainly for water treatment) and industrial adhesives.
The transaction is expected to “expand [Bodo Möller’s] capabilities in a wide range of industries, mainly Automobile, Electronics and Railways”, according to the statement.
