In case you are involved in a project that DistriConsult manages or a potential project that DistriConsult considers to offer, we may store personal information relating to you. This might include your Curriculum Vitae, details of your previous employment history and professional activities, and references provided by third parties.   • assessing potential projects,
  • assessing your suitability for involvement in and contribution to a project,

The legal basis for collecting, processing and storing personal information about you is that this collecting, processing and storing is necessary to maintain our legitimate interests in running our business, in particular by considering potential projects, and administering projects that we enter into. In case we do enter into a joint project, it will also be necessary for us to process your personal information for the purpose of managing and delivering the project and to execute the underlying contract(s) with you or our clients, and to comply with other regulatory and legal obligations.

Sensitive or special category personal data

Different, more stringent rules apply to data concerning race, ethnic origin, trade union membership, political opinions and views, religious or similar beliefs, physical or mental health, sexual orientation and any offences committed and court proceedings or sentences relating to actual or potential offences.
