Brenntag acquires the Services Business of Greene’s Energy Group, LLC

Global chemical distributor Brenntag AG (Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany) announced earlier today it has completed the acquisition of the pipeline and chemicals services business segment of Greene’s Energy Group, LLC (Houston, TX – United Sattes), a provider of services for the Oil & Gas (O&G) industry in the United States. The business is focused on pipeline cleaning and hydrostatic testing.

In FY2016, the business generated total sales of approx. US$ 15.5 mn Brenntag said.
