Mergers and acquisition (M&A) activity in the distribution sector was 50% higher than in the previous year. Global distributors roll out their business models to an even larger number of countries and  applications or industry sectors. Small companies might be successfull by  focusing on defendable niches. But what about companys that are “Caught in the Middle?”
