Speciality chemicals distributor IMCD N.V. (Rotterdam, The Netherlands), has announced that its Supervisory Board has named Michel Plantevin to the position of Chairman. Plantevin succeeds Jean-Charles Pauze, who is stepping down for personal reasons.
Pauze, who is continuing to serve on the board as a normal member, will assume the role of Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, IMCD said in a statement.
