Maroon Group expands in Personal and Home Care

North American specialty chemicals distributor Maroon Group LLC (Avon, OH – United States) announced that it has acquired Lincoln Fine Ingredients (Lincoln, RI – United States), a national distributor of specialty chemicals.

Established in 1976, Lincoln Fine Ingredients is a distributor of specialty chemicals and ingredients for Personal Care, Cosmetic, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical and Household/Industrial Cleaning.  The management team, led by Jim Noon and Walter Martish III, will remain in place and continue to actively manage the business.

Neither financial details nor terms of the transaction were disclosed.
