Barentz increases Coverage of Latin America

Food and feed ingredients distributor Barentz International N.V. (Hoofddorp, The Netherlands)announced that it has formed a Joint Venture (JV) with Deltagen Group (Curaçao, Curaçao), a food & beverage ingredients distributor in South America. This follows the announced of a “strategic co-operation” in late 2017.

Established in 1981, Deltagen Group today employs a team of ca. 150 people, giving it a local presence in Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Chile and Peru. The main focus has been on the Food & Beverage Industry and the JV is expected to give a boost to the business in the Feed sector, the statement said.
