Telko has acquired the Business of Square Oil A/S

Finnish chemical distributor Telko Ltd. (Helsinki, Finland) announced  yesterday that the company has acquired the business of Danish Lubricants service and distribution company Square Oil A/S (Aalborg, Denmark).  Sqare Oil distributes Industrial Lubricants in Denmark and Norway. Its main principal is BP Castrol. Telko said it has a long-standing co-operation with this company in Finland, Sweden and Norway.

The acquired business has a turnover of ca. EUR 3 mn, half in Denmark and half in Norway. Telko said the tranaction will not have a significant impact on it’s financial results for 2018.
