Safic-Alcan Hellas located in Athens to be led by Dr. Yannis Antonopoulos

Specialty Chemicals distributor Safic-Alcan S.A. (Puteaux (Paris), France) has announced that the group has opened a subsidiary in Greece. Safic-Alcan Hellas (Athens, Greece) will cover the CASE, PU, Rubber and Plastics manufacturing sectors in Greece, focussing on “performance products”. The company also plans to add local warehouse capacity.

The new subsidiary’s first employee, Dr. Yannis Antonopoulos, will be the General  Manager in charge of Sales and New Business Development.  He has a broad experience in the sector from previous jobs with local distributors, Safic-Alcan said in the announcement.
