GWZ and E.W. Kaufmann to form one single Entity within Azelis Americas

Specialty chemicals Distributor Azelis S.A. (Munsbach, Luxembourg) has announced that it has combined the subsidiaries GWZ (West Chester, OH, United States) and E.W. Kaufmann (Bristol, PA, United States) into one single entity within its CASE Segment.

The combined unit, which covers business in the Midwest, Ohio Valley and Northeast Regions, will be led by Thomas Wells, President GWZ.
