Barentz further expands in Latin America

Food and feed ingredients distributor Barentz International N.V. (Hoofddorp, The Netherlands) last week announced that it has formed a Joint Venture (JV) with Tovani Bezaquen Ingredients (SãoPaulo, Brazil), a food ingredients distributor in South America.

Established in 1992, Tovani Benzaquen today has 42 employees and serves ca. 1’000 customers, mostly in the Food  & Beverage Industry. Other activities include the coverage of Pharma in Brazil and some surounding countries.

Only a few days ago Barentz had announced the formation of a JV with Curaçao-based Deltagen Group, covering Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Chile and Peru.
