Expanded Manufacturing Capability for Connell Brothers in Singapore

Marketer and distributor of specialty chemicals and ingredients Connell Brothers Co. LLC (“CBC”), a division of Wilbur-Ellis  Company (San Francisco, CA – United States of America) announced that it has acquired the assets of chemical manufacturing and distribution company Axxone International Pte Ltd. (Singapore, Singapore)  through its subsidiary Core Ingredients Pte Ltd.

CBC says it will continue to operate the business focussed on formulated products, based on its research and development capabilities in the Coatings industry. It plans to set up a new  regional technical center in Singapore in order to enhance services offered by the current center located in Jakarta, Indonesia, the statement said.
