Several Executive Leadership Changes  at U.S. Specialty Chemicals And Ingredients Distributor

North American specialty chemicals and ingredients distributor Maroon Group LLC (Avon, OH – United States) has announced that it has named Terry Hill to succeed Mark E. Reichard as CEO, effective 01. May 2019. Reichard will continue to serve as Executive Vice Chairman of Maroon Group, managing key customer and principal relationships. He will also continue to serve as President and CEO of Polyram USA.

Concurrent with Terry Hill’s appointment, Mike McKenna will add the role of President to his existing responsibilities as COO of Maroon. During his 15-year tenure with the company, he has had executive responsibility for Maroon’s service delivery, supplier management, operations, acquisition integration efforts, and marketing.

Terry Hill joined Maroon in March 2107 as a member of the group’s Board of Directors since March 2017, after having spent 30 years with Univar. There he had served as Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer, President of Univar US, and also had managed ChemPoint, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America during his tenure.
