Pacific Coast Chemicals sold to Ravago
Chemicals distributor Ravago Chemicals (Luxembourg, Luxembourg) has acquired Pacific Coast Chemicals (San Francisco, CA – United States), a distributor of specialty products for a broad range of industrial markets.
Pacific Coast Chemicals was founded in 1969 in Berkeley, CA by Aaron, Don and Patricia Stull. The small firm mainly sold chemical raw materials to the CASE, Ink and Plastics industry. Today the comapny is selling in 11 states west of the Rocky Mountains. It has continued growing into other markets and expanding the product portfolio into Food, Nutrition and Beverage, Wine & Beer, HI&I/Compounding, Cosmetic and Personal Care, Water Treatment, Environmental and Waste Treatment, Pharmaceutical, Agricultural, Rubber, Building Materials, and Oil and Gas.
The acquistion was made by Ravago America (Orlando, FL, United States). No financial details were disclosed on the transaction.
