Paris-based Safic-Alcan expands CEE Business in Personal Care

Specialty Chemicals distributor Safic-Alcan S.A. (Puteaux (Paris), France) has announced that the group has reached an agreement to buy the business of Cosmetics Partners [CP KMK Koziełło sp.j.] (Poznan, Poland), a distributor of specialised products for the Personal Care / Cosmetics sector. The business will be integrated into Safic-Alcan Polska Sp. z o.o. (Warszawa, Poland), where it will help to broaden the product portfolio and to diversify the business base.

Cosmetics Partner distributes a range of natural ingredients, such as Actives, Extracts Vegetable Oils and Butters, Essentials Oils, Scrubs and Dyes the statement said.
