Euro Schümann Wax GmbH exits Wax Formulator Paramelt B.V.

TER HELL & CO. GmbH (Hamburg, Germany), the holding company of chemicals manufacturer and chemicals, food ingredients and polymers distributor TER  GROUP has announced the purchase of the outstanding shares of wax formulator Paramelt B.V. (Heerhugowaaed, The Netherlands) from co-shareholder Euro Schümann Wax GmbH (Hamburg, Germany).

Paramelt was founded in 1961 by Walter Westphal and TER GROUP has so far held a share of 42%. Today the company is active on three continents, Europe, the U.S. and Asia. It operates six manaufacturing plants.

TER GROUP says it now has more than 600 employees and expects a group turnover of ca. EUR 680 mn for FY2017.
