Specialty chemicals distributor Azelis S.A. (Munsbach, Luxembourg) last week reported the successful closing of the contrat to acquire specialty chemicals distributor Ametech S.r.l. (Milano, Italy). The transaction was initially announced at the beginning of August.
All 30 or so employees of Ametech will become part of Azelis Group, the company said in a Statement.
