Insucolor in Colombia acquired by Venezulea based Distributor Cencozotti

Latin American chemical distributor Cencozotti Group (Caracas, Venezuela) announced earlier this week that it has completed the acquisition of Insucolor S.A.S. (Medellin, Colombia) from Juan Esteban Saldarriaga, Insucolor’s founder and sole shareholder. The acquisition was made through Novakem, the group’s Columbian subsidiary.

Founded in 2006, Insucolor focuses on specialty chemicals for Coatings, Cosmetics and Homecare applications. The company has two application laboratories and serves a diverse customer base, Cencozotti said in the statement.

No financial details were disclosed on this transaction.
