Mülheim-based Distributor takes over Chemlink Specialties and Addi-Tec

Privately owned Specialty Chemicals distributor Harke Group (Mülheim an der Ruhr, German) has announced  that the group has acquired the shares of Chemlink Specialties Ltd and Addi-Tec Ltd (Manchester – United Kingdom) for an undisclosed sum. Both companies were formerly operational units of privately held Chemlink Group.

Harke said in  a statement that the transaction will provide  it with a strong UK base.  It plans to expand the portfolio of products and services, offered to the customers of Chemlink Specialities Ltd and Addi-Tec Ltd.

No financial details were disclosed regarding this transaction.
