Base Chemicals Distribution Company sold to Ravago

Chemicals distributor Ravago Chemicals (Luxembourg, Luxembourg) has acquired KH Chemicals B.V. (Zwijndrecht (Rotterdam), The Netherlands), a trader and distributor of intermediate chemicals for a broad range of industrial markets.

KH Chemicals has an international presence with office locations and sales teams in The Netherlands, the Middle East, China, Russia, Ukraine and North America, Ravago said. The company serves customers globally, in different market segments like Paints & Coatings, Inks, Adhesives & Sealants (“Glues”), Resins and various soft PVC-based substances.

No financial details were disclosed on the transaction.
