Dunleary expands Geography covered to a Total of 28 States

Specialty chemicals distributor Dunleary, Inc. (Towson, ML – United States) has announced earlier this month that it will acquire compatriots D. N. Lukens, Inc.  (Westboro, MA – United States) and D & F Distributing, Inc.  (Dallas, TX – United States) and expand into the Northeast and the Southwest of the U.S. , respectively.

Dunleary was founded in 1949 and claims to be one of the oldest and largest specialty chemical distributors. The company covers the mid-Atlantic and Southeastern region of the United States. Set up in 1951, D. N. Lukens is run by the third generation of the Lukens family. D&F Distributing  started its activities in 1975. Together the three companies cover 28 federal states, serving customers in the CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants & Elsatomers), Plastics, Construction, Food, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Graphic Arts, Petroleum & Gas, Rubber and Textile industry.

No financial details were disclosed on the transaction, which is expected to close later in Q3.
