Former Trinseo CEO to follow former Dow Chemical CEO William S. Stavropoulos

Global chemicals and ingredents distributor Univar, Inc. (Downers Grove, IL – United States) announced the appointment of Christopher D. Pappas as Independent Lead Director for its Board of Directors.  Pappas succeeds William S. Stavropoulos, who will continue to serve on the Board as a normal member. Pappas will also chair the  Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, Univar said in the announcement.
