Consolidation of CASE Brands GMZ and Ribelin into Azelis Americas CASE

Effective 01. February 2019, specialty chemicals and food ingredients distributor Azelis S.A. (Munsbach, Luxembourg) will consolidate GMZ and Ribelin, the two CASE (= Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants and Elestomers) brands in the U.S.  into a national platform. This segment of Azelis Americas will have one dedicated sales team across the U.S. which enables it to have “a homogeneous go-to-market strategy, under one business process”, Azelis said in a statement.  The company expects the formation of the unit to further facilitate continued sustainable growth in CASE.

Dan Gruber will lead the national platform as the Managing Director of the Azelis Americas CASE segment. Tom Wells will become the General Manager of the business, while Rocky Prior will lead the national salesforce. All regional sales teams, supply chain and customer service teams remain unchanged, the statement said.
